It can be easy to see tithing as a money issue, but God sees it more as a heart issue. Tithing is about training our hearts to trust God at His Word. In Malachi 3:10 and Proverbs 3: 9-10, the Bible tells us we can trust God in this area just as much as we trust Him with eternity. When we bring our first and best back to God, He promises to bless the rest.

Let’s be honest. Most of us work far too hard for far too little. So, the thought of trusting God by bringing the first 10% of our income back to Him through the local church can seem overwhelming. But here’s the thing: God promises to not only provide for us everything we need, but also to pour out blessings on us when we trust Him with our finances. This is not a game of give God $10 and He will give us $100. This is a step of trust in one of the most tangible areas of our life.

According to Psalm 24:1, God owns everything, and we consider it a great privilege to be able to bring back to God what is already His. Intentionally bringing the tithe back to Him serves as a great reminder of who it all belongs to. Interestingly enough, the tithe is the only thing in the Bible that God directly tells us to test Him with and see what He does. In response, we would like to extend the 90-Day Trust Challenge to you. We believe so strongly in the promises of God that we want to give you a chance, as He tells us, to put Him to the test and see what He does. Consider this to be like a money-back guarantee. We commit to you that if you commit to trust God with this 90-Day Challenge and you do not believe God held to His promises, we will refund 100% of your tithe over those 90 days, no questions asked.
